The abolishment will be effective from the year 2024 onwards.

If the payment is made after 31 December 2021, the standard penalties will apply.

Non-payment of the annual company levy can result in the deregistration of a company from the Register of the Cyprus Registrar of Companies.

]]> Annual Levy for 2017 https://www.nconstantinou.com/annual-levy-for-2017/ Thu, 29 Jun 2017 08:19:29 +0000 http://www.nconstantinou.com/?p=759 All Cyprus registered companies are required to pay the Annual Levy of €350 to the Registrar of Companies by 30 June of each year.

If the Annual levy is not paid by the due date, the following increases apply:

  • From 1 July 2017 – 31 August 2017 €385 (total)
  • From 1 September onwards €490 (total)

Companies that do not pay the Annual levy may be deleted from the Register

For group companies the total payable Annual Levy is limited to €20,000 per year

Where a company is in the process of a voluntary liquidation or wind-up then the Annual levy should not be paid. Submission of the documents for voluntary liquidation are accepted by the Registrar of Companies only if the company has already settled the payment of the Annual Levy for all previous years.
